class=\"rich_media_content\"\u003e\u003cp\u003e　　今天召开的十四届全国人大四次会议上，最高人民检察院检察长应勇作了最高人民检察院工作报告。今年有哪些案例写入最高检工作报告？一起关注。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　\u003cstrong\u003e一、缅北白家、明家、魏家、刘家犯罪集团案\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　多年来，缅甸果敢地区以白所成、明学昌、魏怀仁、刘正祥为首的“四大家族”犯罪集团武装庇护电诈，伙同“金主”有组织地实施主要针对中国公民的犯罪，严重侵害中国公民生命财产安全。最高检、公安部联合督办“四大家族”\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_0--\u003e犯罪集团\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_0--\u003e案。检察机关依法以涉嫌\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_1--\u003e诈骗罪\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_1--\u003e、\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_2--\u003e故意杀人罪\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_2--\u003e、\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_3--\u003e故意伤害罪\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_3--\u003e、\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_4--\u003e开设赌场罪\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_4--\u003e、非法拘禁罪等分别对“四大家族”犯罪集团成员285人提起公诉。\u003cstrong\u003e2025年11月、12月，明家、白家犯罪集团案已判决，其中16人被判处死刑立即执行，7人被判处死刑缓期二年执行，16人被判处无期徒刑。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c!--MID_AD_0--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_0--\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　\u003cstrong\u003e二、林某等人网络“开盒”案\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　2023年至2025年，\u003cstrong\u003e林某等5人通过网络非法获取大量公民个人信息，搭建网络数据库出售牟利；\u003c/strong\u003e还利用通讯软件设立群组，在群组内散布他人隐私、肆意谩骂侮辱。2025年10月，北京检察机关依法以涉嫌侵犯公民个人信息罪、非法利用信息网络罪对林某等5人提起公诉。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　\u003cstrong\u003e三、王某正当防卫案\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　刘某深夜携带螺丝刀撬窗潜入王某家中行窃。王某及其妻子发现后，拨打电话报警，并将刘某关在房间内防止其逃跑。\u003cstrong\u003e后刘某拉拽房门欲强行离开，在与王某缠斗时被刺伤致死。\u003c/strong\u003e公安机关以王某涉嫌过失致人死亡罪提请批准逮捕。\u003cstrong\u003e2026年1月，广西检察机关审查认定，王某的行为属\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_5--\u003e正当防卫\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_5--\u003e，依法作出不批捕决定。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　\u003cstrong\u003e四、李传良违法所得没收申请案\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　李传良利用职务便利，以及其他国家工作人员职务便利，单独或伙同他人侵吞、骗取公共财物29亿余元；非法收受他人财物4892万余元；挪用公款1.1亿元进行营利活动；擅自使用国有资金注册公司、擅自决定由其实际控制公司承揽工程，违法所得7325万余元。2018年11月，李传良逃匿境外，后黑龙江省监委立案调查。经黑龙江检察机关提出没收违法所得申请并出庭支持申请，\u003cstrong\u003e2025年9月，法院裁定没收14亿余元资金、1021处房产等涉案财产。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　\u003cstrong\u003e五、车某等3人涉嫌犯罪抗诉改判无罪案\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　2000年1月，某未成年女生被强奸杀害，后车某等人被抓获到案。2004年6月，法院以\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_6--\u003e强奸罪\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_6--\u003e、故意杀人罪判处车某死刑缓期二年执行，判处李某无期徒刑；以伪证罪判处谢某有期徒刑二年。此后车某等3人持续申诉，并向检察机关申请监督。最高检开展调查核实，公安机关对被害人衣物及现场提取的可疑内裤进行鉴定，检测出同一男性DNA，排除来源于车某等人。2024年6月，最高检依法提出抗诉。同时，推动公安机关继续侦查，经DNA比对抓获真凶熊某。\u003cstrong\u003e2025年9月，经最高检核准追诉，地方检察机关依法以涉嫌强奸罪、故意杀人罪对熊某提起公诉。同月，法院再审改判车某等3人无罪。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c!--MID_AD_3--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_3--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_3--\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　\u003cstrong\u003e六、赵某涉嫌抢劫不捕案\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　2009年8月，胡某、徐某母女在自家批发部被抢劫杀害。公安机关认为赵某有重大作案嫌疑，对其提请批准逮捕。甘肃检察机关审查发现，赵某有罪供述存在明显矛盾，且现场两处血迹非赵某和两名被害人所留。检察机关依法作出不批捕决定并持续监督，督促公安机关补充侦查。2024年12月，现场遗留血迹与彭某血样DNA比中，公安机关将彭某及同案犯张某抓获归案。\u003cstrong\u003e2025年7月，检察机关依法以涉嫌抢劫罪对彭某、张某提起公诉。2026年2月，法院判处2人死刑缓期二年执行。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c!--MID_AD_4--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_4--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_4--\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　来源：最高人民检察院工作报告\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　编辑：丁宝秀 吴蓓蓓 \u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　审校：魏园\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e　　责编：宋方灿\u003c/p\u003e\u003cstyle\u003e.rich_media_content{--news-tabel-th-night-color:
